It’s possible that the license details, added by CF7 Skins to your local WordPress database, become corrupted.

This can sometimes happen if there is a loss of connection, between your website where you are activating a CF7 Skins Add-on & our website at cf7skins.com, when registering the license.

In this case, your license maybe already activated at www.cf7skins.com, but it’s not done correctly in your local WordPress database.

We can usually fix this by deleting all cf7skins license values in the database & re-adding the license.

We can help fix this issue in your local database if you are able to grant us WordPress Admin access to your site. We recommend you take a full backup of your site, including the database, and create a new account for us that you can delete after we complete fixing the issue.
